How would you like to have one of these in your garage?

Although I graduated from UC Davis with an engineering degree I have always wished that I had studied the art and science of beer and wine making.  I recently came across this video on the Davis Patch Web Site and thought it would be worth sharing.  How much fun would it be to have a set up like this in the garage or basement?  Especially since our local "brew it yourself" Brew It Up closed down.  Every year in late March or April UC Davis and the town of Davis hosts Picnic Day.  The campus is open to the public and there are a multitude of science and art exhibits.  My favorite (since I turned 21) has always been the brewing department's exhibit.  If  you have the chance to visit Davis on Picnic Day I recommend stopping by the brewing department and attending one of their lectures on beer making.  You will not be dissatisfied!
